I don't receive the confirmation email after the token pre-reservation
Main reasons why the reservation mail may not be received:
- You have typed wrong email address. Please, fill in the form again.
- The form was not submitted. A confirmation message should appear after clicking the submit button. Complete the form from another computer.
- The email has been sent to Promotions or Spam. Use the search engine of your email to search for firstname.lastname@example.org
- The email has bounced and has not been delivered due to an error with your provider. Contact support.
- You may have deleted the mail by mistake. Check the trash.
- If you have filled out the form twice you will not receive any more confirmation messages. Contact support if you want to make a third modification.
If your case does not match any of the above. Please, contact us (open a ticket) and specify the registration email to check what happened.
