FAQ: Bit2Me Academy courses

Bit2Me Academy's mission is to make learning about crypto assets accessible and secure. We offer hundreds of content pieces and courses. Most are free, though there are also some more specialized paid courses.

• Free Courses: To access the content, you simply need to enroll (the cost is €0).

• Paid Courses: The price will be specified on the information page. Payment will be required before you can access the content.

How to enroll in a course?

The process for signing up for a course is very simple:

1. Access the  Courses  section in the dropdown menu at the top of the blue panel to see all available options.

2. In the catalog, you can filter and see key information: whether it includes a certificate, the level, and the number of lessons.

3. Click on the course you are interested in to view its detailed information page.

4. Click the main  Start course button.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions:

   • If the course is free: The summary screen will show FREE.

   • If the course is paid: The system will show you the order summary and redirect you to the payment gateway. You can pay securely with a card or other available methods.

Where to find your courses?

Once the entire enrollment and payment process is complete (if necessary), your course will be available in your personal Bit2Me Academy area.

To access your courses:

1. Log in to your Academy account.

2. Go to "My account," located in the upper right corner.

3. Within your profile, you will see the section "My courses."

From there, you can view the complete list of all courses you are enrolled in and access them whenever you want.

Promotion code

If you have a promotion code, you can redeem it during the purchase process (when you click the "Add promotion code" button) on the payment gateway.

There isn't a specific way to get a promotion code; occasionally, you might find one in our newsletters or on social media during specific promotions.

Requirements for taking a course

All you need to take most of our courses is motivation to learn, a stable internet connection, and a connected device (such as a computer, tablet, or mobile phone).

For advanced-level courses that require a specific knowledge base, you will find all detailed information on the course's main page.

What does the course include?

When you access the page of the course you are interested in, you will see a complete breakdown of the materials. This includes the total number of lessons, whether the course offers downloadable resources, if it includes exams or tests, and if you will receive a certificate upon completion. Review this section in detail to ensure the course meets your expectations.

How to get my certificate?

For the system to allow you to download the certificate, you must first complete all lessons and make sure to mark each lesson and content as finished. Sometimes, a single unmarked lesson prevents the system from generating the certificate. Afterward, you must pass the quizzes (successfully pass all exams in the course).

If you have already successfully completed the course but cannot access your certificate, you need to go to My Account, the My Courses section. The course should appear as "completed," and your certificate will be represented by a green icon. Click on this icon to download your certificate in PDF or open it in your browser.

Can I download the course?

No, the course content is not downloadable. It is designed to be completed directly on the Bit2Me Academy platform. This is the only way to save your progress and enable the final quiz that allows you to obtain your certificate. You will always have access to the course from the platform. We remind you that downloading the content or sharing it with third parties is not permitted.

How long do I have access to the course?

Access to all your Bit2Me Academy courses is unlimited. This means that, once enrolled, the content will be yours forever. You can access it whenever you want by simply logging in with your account.
