If I make a mistake when sending transfer through Bit2Me Pay, can I cancel it?

Modified on Thu, 7 Aug at 12:05 PM

It is essential that you take great care when making transfers through Bit2Me Pay, as once they are made, they cannot be canceled. Although it is an internal transfer within the platform, the system will process the transaction immediately.

What happens if I enter incorrect data in the transfer?

If you mistakenly enter incorrect data when making a transfer (for example, an email address or phone number that does not belong to a Bit2Me Pay user), the transfer will remain in a "pending" state for 7 days. During this period, Bit2Me Pay will attempt to ensure the correct recipient receives the funds. However, if after these 7 days the transfer cannot be completed (because the data is incorrect and there is no user associated with it), the funds will be automatically returned to your source account.

We recommend that you always review all recipient data very carefully before confirming any transfer with Bit2Me Pay to ensure your funds reach its correct destination on the first try.
