In order to receive a payment by Bit2Me Pay you must have a user account. If someone has sent you a payment and you don't have an account, the funds will be allocated to your email or phone number for 7 days. You have that time (7 days) to create an account with the same email or phone number where you've received the notification, as soon as you create and verify your account the system will assign you the pending funds.
