How long do bank transfers (deposits or withdrawals) take to process?

Currently, at Bit2Me, you can receive both instant transfers and standard transfers. This depends on your bank's ability to send instant transfers, as well as the Bit2Me bank you choose as the recipient:


Instant transfers

Instant transfers are available for deposits made through our bank accounts with Unnax and Clear Junction. These are credited immediately, provided that: 

  • The sending bank allows instant transfers.
  • The transfer concept or reference provided by Bit2Me is entered correctly.

In most cases, funds will be credited to your account instantly. However, the crediting period may be delayed in some instances. 


If you have made an instant transfer and have not received it after a considerable amount of time, please contact us by sending the proof of transfer to info@bit2me.com


Standard transfers

Standard bank transfers usually take between 24 and 48 business hours, depending on several factors: 

  • The sending and receiving banks.
  • The time the operation is performed.
  • If there are intermediate holidays.
  • The type of transfer.
  • The transfer concept indicated by Bit2Me is entered correctly.

Practical examples of common scenarios for standard transfers:

  • Monday morning (9 AM): may arrive that same afternoon or Tuesday morning.
  • Tuesday afternoon: the bank will process it Wednesday morning. You might receive it Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
  • Thursday afternoon: it will be processed Friday morning. It may arrive Friday afternoon or the following Monday.
  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: it will be processed Monday morning. You might receive it Monday afternoon or Tuesday.

Important: Transfers made from Bit2Me are processed via the instant service.

To ensure maximum speed for withdrawals, it's crucial to verify that the provided details are correct and that the destination account is in your name and supports instant transfers (optional). Additionally, certain operations may be reviewed to offer a more reliable and secure process, aiming to detect potential fraud. 

If a deposit or withdrawal transfer has not been processed after 48 hours, you can contact us at info@bit2me.com (If it's a deposit to Bit2Me, please attach the proof of transfer).
