Modified on Mon, 6 Jul at 12:37 PM

You can withdraw the EUR funds you have in Bit2Me via SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) bank transfer whenever you need to. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "Operations" button. This is a square blue button you'll find in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you're using the APP, or in the top right corner if you're on the Website.
  2. From the available operations, click on "Withdraw".

  3. Select the option "Withdraw euros".

  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw to your bank account and click on  Continue . Click on the word Maximum if you want to withdraw all available balance in your EUR wallet.

  5. Complete the form to make the transfer and click the  Withdraw  button:
    • Destination country. The country of the account where you wish to make the withdrawal

    • Full name. By default, your full name will appear as you can only withdraw to bank accounts where you are the account holder.

    • Account number / IBAN. You can only withdraw to a bank account via transfer. Enter your full account IBAN.

    • Reference (optional).

  6. Check all details in the final summary window and click  Accept   to process the transfer.

  7. Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.

Important:

  • For security reasons, bank withdrawals are only accepted if the beneficiary bank account holder and the registered Bit2Me user match.

  • Currently, only SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) bank withdrawals can be made. This is the single euro payments area consisting of 34 countries (all European Union Member States, along with Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, and San Marino).

  • There are minimum bank withdrawal amounts. You can check them here: Limits in Bit2Me Wallet.

  • Once completed on the platform, bank withdrawals can take 1 to 5 business days to be processed.

  • You must carefully review the provided details before confirming the withdrawal. These processes may be automated, and once confirmed by you, they may not be reversible.

  • Only bank withdrawals in € are processed. To withdraw funds, you will first need to sell your cryptocurrencies: How to sell cryptocurrencies?.
