What to do if I didn't include the correct reference in a transfer?

Modified on Mon, 6 Jul at 1:05 PM

When you access the screen in your Bit2Me account where bank details for making a deposit via bank transfer are displayed, you will always be provided with a reference code that you must include in the reference field for all your transfers.

Example Reference: KVYV5KS87Y3D

The code shown in your account is personal and will identify you as a user, allowing the automated system to credit the balance to your wallet within the estimated timeframes. See article: How long does it take to process a bank transfer (deposit or withdrawal)?

If you omit this reference code by mistake when making a transfer, your funds may take longer than estimated to be credited, or the Bit2Me recipient account might not be identified at all.

If you haven't entered the reference or have detected an error in it, please send us the proof of payment for the bank transfer to info@bit2me.com.
