How to deposit euros via bank transfer?

To make a deposit via bank transfer to your Bit2Me account, follow the steps below:

Click the 'Operations' button, the blue square in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen in the mobile app, or in the top right corner if you're accessing from the web.
Click the "Deposit" option.
Select the "Deposit euros" option.
Choose "Bank transfer" as the deposit method, enter the amount you wish to deposit, and click Continue .
In the final window, we'll provide our bank details so you can copy them and make the transfer from your bank account.

Important:

On Bit2Me, you will only see our bank details so you can process a transfer from your bank account. You will specify the final amount you wish to transfer to your Bit2Me account from your bank.
When making the transfer from your bank, don't forget to add the reference code in the concept/description field to identify your Bit2Me user account when your transfer arrives. If you forgot to add it, please refer to the article: What to do if I haven't entered the correct reference?
We only accept transfers if the name of the originating bank account holder matches the name registered on Bit2Me.
If you make the transfer from a shared bank account, we might ask for a shared account certificate. This is because we might receive the transfer under the other account holder's name.
