Deposit Euro by bank transfer

To make a deposit by bank transfer to your Bit2Me account, please follow the steps below:

Click on the operations button (blue square in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen in APP mobile).
Click on the "Deposit" option.
Choose the option "Bank transfer" as your deposit method.
Select one of our available banks and copy the bank details to make the transfer from your bank account.

IMPORTANT:

In Bit2Me you will only see our bank details so that you can process a transfer from your bank account. It is from your bank where you will indicate the amount you want to transfer to your Bit2Me account.
When making the transfer from your bank, do not forget to add the reference code as a concept to identify your Bit2Me user account when we receive your transfer. If you have forgotten to add it, see the article: What to do if I have not put the correct reference?
Transfers are only accepted if the holder of the bank account of origin matches the holder registered in Bit2Me.
If you are transferring from a shared bank account, we may ask you for a shared account certificate. This is because we may receive the transfer in the name of the other account holder.
The bank details of the receiving account must match the bank details you enter in Bit2Me. If, for example, you process a transfer from your bank account indicating a different name as the account holder than the one indicated on the platform, the receiving bank may reject the transfer and will automatically process the refund.
