How to access Bit2Me Invest for the first time: A step-by-step guide

Welcome to Bit2Me Invest, the service designed to help you manage and optimize your investments simply. If this is your first time accessing it, follow these simple steps to activate your account and start trading.

Step 1: Log in to your Bit2Me account

To use Bit2Me Invest, you first need an active account on our main platform. Follow these instructions:

Enter the Bit2Me app or access the official website through Bit2Me.
Enter your email, password, and if active, your 2FA or SMS security code.

Step 2: Go to the Invest section

Once inside your main dashboard, you can access the service as follows:

From the web: Look for the Invest tab in the top or side menu of the screen.
From the app: On the home screen, look for the Invest shortcut.

Step 3: Complete your investor profile (Suitability test)

For regulatory reasons and to ensure your financial security, the first time you access Bit2Me Invest, you will need to answer a brief questionnaire. If you choose a fund, you'll need to complete the MiFID test, which consists of a few quick questions to understand your investor profile, analyze your financial knowledge, experience, and risk profile. It will only take a couple of minutes and will help us offer you the products that best suit you.

Step 4: Accept the terms and conditions

Once the test is completed, you must sign the documents with the managing entity, which includes the terms of service and access to the US stock market. This process is done only once in a few minutes by following these steps:

Read the specific terms of the investment service and the managing entity's documents carefully.
Check the acceptance box and click on Activate or Confirm.

Having trouble accessing?

Pending verification: Make sure your Bit2Me account is fully verified. If your KYC process is still under review, you will not be able to activate Bit2Me Invest.

2FA Code: Remember that for certain operations within Bit2Me Invest, for your security, we may ask you to re-enter your two-factor authentication code.
