How to withdraw euros via SEPA transfer?

You can withdraw the funds in euros you have in Bit2Me via SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) bank transfer whenever you need to. To do this, follow the steps below:

Click on the "Operations" button. This is a blue square button found in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you are using the APP, or in the top right corner if you are on the website.
From the available operations, click on "Withdraw".
Select the option "Withdraw euros".
Indicate the amount you wish to withdraw to your bank account and click on Continue . Click on the word Maximum if you wish to withdraw all available balance from your euro wallet.
Complete the form to perform the transfer and click on the button Withdraw :
- Destination country. The country of the account where you wish to make the withdrawal.
- Full name. Your predefined full name will appear by default, as you can only withdraw to bank accounts you own.
- Account number / IBAN. You can only withdraw to a bank account via transfer. Enter your full IBAN.
- Concept (optional).
Check all the details in the final summary window and click on Accept to process the transfer.
Enter the verification code from your 2FA application or the SMS code that will be requested on screen to securely confirm the operation.

Important:

For security reasons, only bank withdrawals where the bank account holder and the registered Bit2Me user match are accepted.
Currently, only SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) bank withdrawals can be made. This single euro payment area comprises 34 countries (all European Union Member States, together with Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, and San Marino).

Once completed on the platform, bank withdrawals can take 1 to 5 business days to become effective.
You must carefully review the provided information before confirming the withdrawal. These processes may be automated, and once confirmed by you, they may not be reversible.
