How to request the deletion of my data on Bit2Me?

The deletion of your personal data means the permanent deletion of your Bit2me account. You should note that this action cannot be undone, as you will not be able to access your account once your request has been processed. Therefore, it is important to follow these steps before submitting your request:


Before requesting the deletion of your data:

  1. Withdraw all funds from your account leaving the balance at 0. We will not be able to process your request if there are funds in the account:

Deletion request:

For us to delete your personal data from our database, you must send the request from the email address you used to register with Bit2Me, to rgpd@bit2me.com. You can use the following template, or ensure that your request contains the information detailed within it:

Mr./Ms. ___________________, of legal age, with identity document of which I provide the **last 4 digits and the letter (-X)**, and with registration email address ________________________, by means of this document I exercise my right to the deletion of my personal data, in accordance with current regulations. I request that the deletion of my personal data be agreed upon within one month from the receipt of this request, and that I be notified in writing of the result of the deletion carried out.

Do you wish to exercise other rights? 

To exercise your other rights of access, rectification, opposition, portability, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of your consents (ARSOPOL rights), you can direct your request at any time to our specialized channel via the email inbox rgpd@bit2me.com and we will respond within the established timeframe and in accordance with the procedures indicated in the GDPR.


Important
  • If you have the Bit2Me Card (virtual or physical), you must also send the same request to: datos@pecuniacards.es.

In compliance with data protection regulations, you may request that your personal data be deleted, unless it is necessary to provide the service or we must store it to comply with legal obligations.
