To deposit funds into Bit2Me via bank transfer, it's crucial that the originating account is in your name. If you've made a transfer from an account with a different holder, this article explains the three available options to resolve the situation and ensure your funds arrive correctly.
To make a deposit via bank transfer, it is essential that you have a bank account in your name and that deposits made to Bit2Me come from a bank account of which you are the holder. For security reasons, Bit2Me accounts are personal and non-transferable, meaning it's not possible to create accounts with multiple holders. Therefore, only bank transfers where the account holder matches the sole holder of the Bit2Me account are accepted.
If you have made a transfer that does not meet the ownership requirements, there are 3 options:
- If it's a shared account: Send us the bank statement or proof of transfer showing both account holders' names to info@bit2me.com.
- Return the funds: You can request a refund. To do this, send us the transfer receipt for the transfer you made to Bit2Me at info@bit2me.com.
- The holder of the bank account can register with Bit2Me, and the transfer will be deposited into their eurowallet.
Important: Bit2Me accounts are personal and non-transferable; it is not possible to register an account with more than one holder. You can only create a personal account (a single physical holder) or a business account (to register a company). This article provides solutions only for cases where your personal account receives funds from an external bank account with two holders (shared account), but it does not in any way enable the possibility of having multiple holders within Bit2Me. |
