From your Bit2Me account, you can access the history or historical record of registered transactions whenever you need it, from where you can check your movements and keep your activity under control.
To access the generic history:
From the APP
- Access the side drop-down menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines that you will find in the top left corner.
- Swipe down the menu, and in the Operations block, click on "Activity history".
From the WEB
- Access the Wallet section that you will see in the left side menu.
- Next, click on "Activity history" which you will find in the first options module on the right side of the screen.
In the history, you will find all the transactions generated and registered in your account. In this screen, you can configure search filters by operation, year or currency to better locate the desired transactions. By clicking on the icon in the top right corner, you can download your tax reports or movement document. |
