From your Bit2Me account, you can quickly and easily access your activity history and registered operations to review all your transactions.
In each of the wallets for different currencies, you can see the history of recent movements made with that currency. However, to access the general history, locate a specific transaction, and view its details, follow these steps:
If you access from the mobile app.
- From your account, access the side menu by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
- Tap on the "Activity history" section, which you'll find in the 'Operations' block of the menu.
- On the activity screen, select the transaction you want to view. To locate a transaction, you can filter by: operation type, the year the operation was performed, or the currency used for the transaction you wish to view.
- In the transaction details window, you will see all the information: Date and time of execution, operation type and currency, applied quote at the time it was processed, transaction costs and fees or commissions, etc.
If you access from the Web.
- From your account, click on the Wallet section that you'll find in the left side menu.
- Click on "Activity history" which you'll find in the first module on the right side of the screen.
- On the activity screen, select the transaction you want to view. To locate a transaction, you can filter by: operation type, the year the operation was performed, or the currency used for the transaction you wish to view.
- In the transaction details window, you will see all the information: Date and time of execution, operation type and currency, applied quote at the time it was processed, transaction costs and fees or commissions, etc.
In the details window for each transaction, you can add a personalized note at the bottom of the page to easily identify movements in the future. To add a note, click the pencil icon. |
