How long does it take to receive a cryptocurrency transaction?

Cryptocurrency transactions sent from Bit2Me depend on two factors, the processing time by Bit2Me to the blockchain and the confirmation time on the Blockchain.
In general, it may take a few minutes up to 48 hours if the transaction requires a review by the Bit2Me team.
Please, see below the process when sending a transaction:
Step 1. Transaction review.
When sending cryptocurrencies from the app or web, Bit2Me reviews the transactions in order to provide more reliable and secure processand thus avoiding possible errors or fraud in the blockchain addresses.
- If everything is correct, the transaction will be processed automatically. Approximately 90% of Blockchain transactions are processed instantly.
- If a review is needed, the process may take longer. In this case, Bit2Me will contact you by email in order to provide a solution.
During the review your funds remain in the custody of Bit2Me, so there is no risk of loss.

Step 2. Transaction sent to the Blockchain.
At this step, Bit2Me has already sent the transaction to the Blockchain and the time to reach the destination wallet depends on the necessary confirmations by each network.
Once the transaction sent, you can check the status on the blockchain through the hash code provided in the transaction details.
