From your Bit2Me account, you can access the activity history and operations recorded in your account quickly and easily, allowing you to review all your transactions.
In each of the wallets for the different currencies, you can see the history of the last movements made with that currency. But to access the general history, find a specific transaction, and see its details, follow these steps:
If you access from the mobile APP.
- From your account, access the side menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
- Click on the "Activity history" section, which you will find in the Operations block of the menu.
- On the activity screen, select the transaction you want to view. To find a transaction, you can filter by: type of operation, year the operation was performed, or the currency you used for the transaction you want to view.
- In the transaction details window, you will be able to see all the information: Date and time of execution, type of operation and currency, applied quote at the time it was processed, transaction costs and fees or commissions, etc.
If you access from the Web.
- From your account, click on the Wallet section, which you will find in the left side menu.
- Click on "Activity history" which you will find in the first module on the right side of the screen.
- On the activity screen, select the transaction you want to view. To find a transaction, you can filter by: type of operation, year the operation was performed, or the currency you used for the transaction you want to view.
- In the transaction details window, you will be able to see all the information: Date and time of execution, type of operation and currency, applied quote at the time it was processed, transaction costs and fees or commissions, etc.
In the details window of each transaction, you can add a personalized note at the bottom to easily identify movements in the future. To add a note, click on the pencil icon. |
