How can I view the CVV and expiry date of my Bit2Me Card?

Modified on Mon, 4 Aug at 10:14 AM

To make online purchases or link your Bit2Me card to services like PayPal, Amazon, or Google Pay, you will need three key pieces of information: the card number, the expiration date, and the CVV security code.

To view the CVV and expiration date, from the app or web, for both your physical and virtual Bit2Me card, just follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the "Card" section. Once there, select the card (physical or virtual) whose details you want to view.

  2. Below card image, press the  View details  button. You will be displayed the full 16-digit number of your card.

  3. Click the  Check CVV and expiration date  button to begin.

  4. First, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code sent by Pecunia, our card provider. Enter this code on the screen to continue.
  5. Next, the system will ask you to enter your personal secret code (the security code you created to make online purchases).
  6. Once the double verification is complete, the screen will show you the CVV and expiration date of your Bit2Me card.

Important: Treat your CVV and expiration date with the same confidentiality as your PIN. Do not share them with anyone or write down in insecure places. If you have any problems during the process, do not hesitate to contact our Support team.
