What is the difference between the PIN code and the secret code?

Please note that there are two important sets of numbers to remember: the card PIN and the secret code to validate your online purchases.

The card PIN, or personal identification number, is a four-digit code you use to verify that you are the owner of your Bit2Me card. Like a signature, it is used to verify your identity and helps protect you against fraud. You may need to use this code when making a cash withdrawal at an ATM and when making a purchase with your Bit2Me card.

The secret code is a six-digit code that is used as a password for all your Bit2Me cards, in order to authorize online purchases of 50 Euros or more.
