To make online purchases or link your Bit2Me Card to services like PayPal, Amazon, or Google Pay, you will need three key details: your card number, expiration date, and CVV security code.
How to view your CVV and expiration date
Whether using the app or web platform, and for both your physical or virtual Bit2Me Card, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the Card section. Once there, select the card (Physical or Virtual) whose details you want to check.
On your card image, tap the View details button.
Click on the 'Card number' or 'Expiration date and CVV' button to begin.
First, you will receive a 6-digit code via SMS from Pecunia, our card provider (or, if you have enabled Push notifications, the code will appear directly on screen). Enter this code to proceed.
Next, the system will prompt you to enter your personal digital key (passcode). This is the security code you set up to authorize online purchases.
Once the two-step verification is complete, the screen will show your Bit2Me Card's card number or CVV and expiration date.
- Treat your card number, CVV, and expiration date with the same confidentiality as your PIN. Never share them with anyone or write them down in unsecure locations. If you experience any issues during the process, please contact our Support team.
- If you haven't enabled Push notifications, you will continue to receive your verification code via SMS from Pecunia as usual.
