As a user with tax residency in Brazil, you can withdraw your funds directly to your bank account in Brazilian Reals (BRL) through the PIX system.

Follow these steps to request a withdrawal:

  1. Press the Operations button. This is the blue square button you will find in the bottom horizontal menu (if accessing from the app) or in the top right corner (if accessing from the web).

  2. Select the Bank withdrawal option.

  3. On the next screen, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and press the  Continue  button.

  4. Next, you must complete the form to make the withdrawal via PIX, indicating your bank details, including:

    • Bank code

    • Bank name

    • Branch

    • Account number

    • CPF/CNPJ Code

  5. Complete the entire form, check the box confirming that you agree and declare that you are the owner of the indicated bank account, and press the  Withdraw  button.

Important: At Bit2Me, traditional currency funds are always held in €. When making the withdrawal, the conversion will be made based on the exchange rate at the time of the request.
For security and prevention reasons, the destination bank account must be in your name (match the holder of your Bit2Me account).

If you experience any restriction or have the option disabled when trying to withdraw your funds, contact us by creating a ticket or directly via email at support@bit2me.com.
