To send a transaction depends on network saturation, so there is no standard submission time. However, according to Cointelegraph "On Ethereum, it is estimated that a transaction is validated in an average time of 12 seconds. Nevertheless, it may take more time due to several factors in order to confirm that a transaction is valid."
