How to request the deletion of my data in Bit2Me?

The deletion of your personal data implies the permanent deletion of your Bit2me account. Please note that this action cannot be undone, as you will not be able to access your account or view any data or transactions you have made on it once your request has been processed. It is therefore important to follow the steps below prior to your request:


Before requesting deletion of your data:

  1. Withdraw all funds from your account leaving the balance at 0. We will not be able to fulfill your request if there are funds in the account:

Request for deletion:

In order to have your personal data removed from our database, you must send the request from the same email address you have signed up with in Bit2Me, to [email protected]. To do this, you can use the following template, or make sure that the request contains the information detailed in it:

Mr. / Mrs. ___________, of legal age, with identity card number ___________, with email ___________, I hereby exercise the right of deletion of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations applicable to the data controller. I request that you proceed to agree to the deletion of my personal data within one month of receipt of this request, and that I be notified in writing of the result of the deletion practiced.

Important
  • If you have a Bit2Me Card (virtual or physical) you have to send the same request also to: [email protected].

In compliance with data protection regulations, you may request that your personal data be deleted, unless this is necessary to provide the service or we need to store it in order to comply with legal obligations.
