To make online purchases or link your Bit2Me Card to services like PayPal, Amazon, or Google Pay, you'll need three key pieces of information: the card number, the expiry date, and the CVV security code.
How to view your CVV and expiry date?
Whether using the app or web, for both your physical and virtual Bit2Me Card, just follow these instructions:
Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the Card section. Once there, select the card (Physical or Virtual) whose details you wish to view.
On your card's image, tap the View details button.
Click the button 'Card number' or 'Expiry date and CVV' to begin.
First, you'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS from Pecunia, our card provider (or, if you have Push notifications enabled, the code will appear directly on your screen). Enter this code to continue.
Next, the system will ask you to enter your personal secret code (the security code you created previously for online purchases).
Once the two-factor verification is complete, the screen will display your Bit2Me Card's card number or CVV and expiry date.
- Treat your card number, CVV, and expiry date with the same confidentiality as your PIN. Do not share them with anyone or write them down in insecure places. If you encounter any issues during the process, don't hesitate to contact our Support team.
- If you don't enable Push notifications, you will continue to receive your verification code via SMS from Pecunia, just as you do now.
