How to request your virtual Bit2Me Card?

Requesting your virtual Bit2Me Card is a quick and simple process that you can complete directly from the Bit2Me app or website. In this guide, we'll explain the requirements and steps you need to follow.

Key requirements:

To ensure a successful process, please confirm that you meet the following requirements:

Residency: You must have tax residency in Spain or in one of the countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA). Please refer to Which countries is the Bit2Me Card available in?

Verification for Spanish nationals:

If you are a Spanish national, your Bit2Me account must be verified with your DNI to request the card. If you registered using another document (such as a passport) and wish to request a Bit2Me Card, please contact our support team for assistance.

Steps to request your card from the app or website:

Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the "Card" section.
At the top of the screen, you'll see two tabs. Click on ‘Virtual’.
Click the main button that says I want my virtual Bit2Me Card .
To complete the process, you'll need to read and accept the terms and conditions from Pecunia, our payment service provider, and then click Continue .
Finally, if the process was successful, you will see the message Your virtual card is ready!

Important: Bit2Me reserves the right to limit the use of the Bit2Me Card for security and prevention reasons.

If you meet the residency and verification requirements in this article and still cannot request your Bit2Me Card, please open a ticket or send us an email to soporte@bit2me.com so we can request a review of your account.
If you do not use your virtual card for a period of 3 months, the virtual card service will be automatically canceled. You can request a new one later when you need it, at no additional cost.
