The Bit2Me Card has several security layers to ensure that only you can access sensitive information such as viewing the 4-digit PIN.
Steps to Check your PIN Code from the app and web:
To view the 4 digits of your PIN for both the virtual and physical Bit2Me card, you just have to follow these instructions:
Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the "Card" section. Once there, select the card (physical or virtual) whose PIN you want to check.
Below the card image, press the Options button.
Click on the View PIN code button to begin.
First, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code sent by Pecunia, our card provider. Enter this code on the screen to continue.
Next, the system will ask you to enter your personal secret code (the security code you created at the time to be able to make online purchases).
Once the double verification is complete, the screen will show you the 4-digit PIN code of your card.
Important: Remember to memorize your PIN and never share it with anyone. If you have any problems during the process, do not hesitate to contact our Support team. |
