How can I view my scheduled recurring purchases?

In your Bit2Me account, you can access the history of scheduled recurring purchases to get a general and specific overview of each and every one of them.


To access the list of scheduled recurring purchases, follow these steps:


If you access from the mobile app.

  1. From your account, access the side menu by tapping the three horizontal lines you'll find in the upper left corner.
  2. In the menu, tap on the "Scheduled operations" option found in the "Operations" block.
  3. Select the "Recurring" tab to view the list of all your recurring orders. You can search for specific recurring orders by looking for active or inactive orders, as well as by currency.

Tapping on a recurring order from the list will open the order details, allowing you to review and cancel it if you wish.


If you access from the web.

  1. From your account, access the Wallet section which you'll find in the left side menu.
  2. While in Wallet, click on the "Scheduled operations" option found in the first module on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select the "Recurring" tab to view the list of all your recurring orders. You can search for specific recurring orders by looking for active or inactive orders, as well as by currency.

Clicking on a recurring order from the list will open the order details, allowing you to review and cancel it if you wish.
