Operational fee
This is the fee Bit2Me charges for its exchange service, meaning for the conversion of any currency or fiat. This includes crypto-to-crypto, euro-to-crypto, or crypto-to-euro operations. The fee for this conversion will be applied in the payment currency and is independent of any additional operational or management costs.
Operation | Operational fee |
Purchases Instant, recurring, buy orders, and collections. | 0.95% |
Sales Instant and sell orders. | 0.95% |
Exchange Cryptocurrency exchange (Swap). | 0.95% |
- How to reduce the operational fee?
Thanks to Space Center, you can get discounts on operational fees of up to 100% at Level 7, meaning you wouldn't pay any fee.
Below, you can see a table with operational fee discounts based on your Space Center Level. Check out the Space Center article for more details.

Here are some tips to optimize your operations by reducing fees:

Quotation price and spread
The quotation price includes a spread, which is the difference between the highest buy price and the lowest sell price of an asset within an exchange. This helps us guarantee an execution price for 10 seconds while the operation is being processed.
This is necessary due to the high volatility of the cryptocurrency market.
The maximum spread is 1% and depends on factors such as:
- The currency you are trading.
- The transaction volume.
- Market volatility at the time of the transaction.
Check out the Bit2Me Academy article on what spread is to learn more.
Price update
When you get a currency quote, the price updates every 10 seconds.
After this time, the price may have gone up or down. Thanks to the spread, we guarantee a buy or sell price for those 10 seconds.
