What to do if I didn't include the correct reference in a transfer?

Modified on Tue, 18 Aug at 2:13 PM

When you access the screen in your Bit2Me account showing bank details for a bank transfer deposit, you'll always find a reference code that must be included as the concept in all your transfers.

Example Subject / Reference: KVYV5KS87Y3D

The code displayed in your account is personal and identifies you as a user, allowing our automated system to credit the balance to your wallet within the estimated timeframes. See article: How long does it take for a bank transfer (deposit or withdrawal) to be processed?

If you accidentally omit this reference code when making a transfer, your funds might take longer than estimated to be credited, or the Bit2Me recipient account may not even be identified.

If you haven't included the reference or have detected an error in it, please send us proof of the bank transfer to support@bit2me.com.
