Entering the wrong PIN several times is a common situation that can happen to anyone. For security reasons, if you enter the PIN for your Bit2Me card incorrectly 3 consecutive times, it will be automatically blocked to protect your funds.
If you have blocked the PIN of your Bit2Me card, you only need to follow a single step to start the solution:
- Contact our Support team through your preferred channel (email, live chat, phone). Inform our team that you have blocked the PIN of your physical card.
- Our team will take care of managing it with the provider as soon as possible.
- As soon as the PIN is active again, we will notify you so you can use your Bit2Me card normally again.
