How to download a transaction certificate

From Bit2Me, you can generate and download a Transaction certificate in PDF format, which contains a detailed record of all movements and transactions registered in your account, along with their details, for the year you select.

Below, we explain how to download this document from both the mobile application and the web version:

Via the mobile app

1. Tap on the three horizontal lines you'll find in the top-left corner of the screen to access the side menu, then tap on the first option to open your account's profile and settings menu.
   
   
2. In the first block of the menu, under "Account Information," tap on "Account Documentation".
   
   
3. Select the option "Transaction certificate".
   
   
4. Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code we'll request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
   
   
5. After a few seconds, the selected certificate will be generated, and you can download or send it directly.

Via the web

1. Click on your profile picture or icon that you'll see in the top-right corner of the screen, and in the dropdown, access the "Profile and settings" section.
   
   
2. In the first block of the menu, under "Account Information," click on "Account Documentation".
   
   
3. Select the option "Transaction certificate".
   
   
4. Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code we'll request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
   
   
5. After a few seconds, the selected certificate will be generated, and you can download and save it to your PC.
