How to download an ownership certificate?

From Bit2Me, you can currently quickly generate and download two types of official ownership certificates: the Account Ownership Certificate and the Account and Balance Ownership Certificate.

 Below, we explain how to obtain these important certificates:

From the Mobile App

1. Tap on the three horizontal lines you'll find in the top-left corner of the screen to access the side menu, then tap on the first option to open your account's profile and settings menu.
   
   
2. In the first block of the menu, under "Account information," tap on "Account Documentation."
   
   
3. Select the "Account Ownership Certificate" option or the "Account and Balance Ownership Certificate" option.
   
   
4. Enter the verification code from your 2FA application or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
   
   
5. After a few seconds, the chosen certificate will be generated, and you can download or send it directly.

From the Web

1. Click on your profile picture or icon that you'll see in the top-right corner of the screen, and from the dropdown menu, go to the "Profile and settings" section.
   
   
2. In the first block of the menu, under "Account information," click on "Account Documentation."
   
   
3. Select the "Account Ownership Certificate" option or the "Account and Balance Ownership Certificate" option.
   
   
4. Enter the verification code from your 2FA application or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
   
   
5. After a few seconds, the chosen certificate will be generated, and you can download and store it on your PC.
