On Bit2Me, you can generate and download a Global Position Certificate, an official PDF document that summarizes all the assets held in your account and their current valuation. Below, we explain how to obtain it step by step.
From the mobile app
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the screen to open the side menu, then tap the first option to open your account's profile and settings menu.
Go to Account documentation or Processes and documents.
Scroll down to the Certificates section and tap Global position certificate.
Enter your 2FA verification code or the code received via SMS to confirm the request.
All done! You can now download the certificate to your device or share it directly from the app.
From the web
Log in to your Bit2Me account and access your profile by clicking the icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Account documentation or Processes and documents.
In the Certificates section, select Global position certificate.
Enter your 2FA verification code or the code received via SMS.
All done! You can now save the PDF to your computer.
- Currently, certificate downloads are only available via the mobile app.
- You will receive a certified PDF document containing your account registration details.
- Bit2Me will never ask for your 2FA or SMS codes by phone, email, or chat. Do not share them with anyone.
