How to withdraw cryptocurrencies from Bit2Me?

At Bit2Me, flexibility is key to managing your digital assets. This article will guide you on how to send cryptocurrencies securely and efficiently, whether for direct transfers between Bit2Me users or to external wallets and platforms.


For any of these cases, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "Operations" button. This is a blue square button found in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you're accessing from the mobile app, or in the top right corner if you're using the website.
  2. From the options, click on "Withdraw".
  3. From the options, click on "Send crypto" .

  4. Choose the type of transfer you want to make:

    • Send to a Bit2Me user. This is a transfer method between Bit2Me accounts using Bit2Me Pay.
      1. Select the currency from the list. (Only those available in your wallet will appear).
      2. Complete the form indicating: amount and sending method (email, phone, or alias). Click on  Send .
      3. You will need to verify the transfer using a 2FA code. Enter the received code and click on  Verify .

    • Send to an external address (Blockchain, network).
      1. Select the currency from the list. (Only those available in your wallet will appear).
      2. Enter the amount you wish to send (you can click "Max" if you want to send everything) and click on  Continue .
      3. Select the sending network from the available options. More info here.
      4. Complete the form by entering the sending address and the memo/tag if the destination platform requires it. To continue, click on  Continue .
      5. Complete the Travel Rule form by indicating the required information about the destination wallet, check the box to confirm that the provided data is correct, and click on  Review operation .
      6. Review the information on the summary screen and click on  Send  to confirm the transfer.
      7. You will need to verify the transfer using a 2FA code. Enter the received code and click on  Verify .
      8. If this is the first time you're sending to the address you've indicated, you will receive an email to your verified address to authorize the transfer.

      1. Select the currency from the list. (Only those available in your wallet will appear).
      2. Enter the amount you wish to send (you can click "Max" if you want to send everything) and click on  Continue .
      3. Enter the Crypto Credential address where you want to send, and click on  Review operation .
      4. Review the information on the final summary screen and click on  Send  to confirm the transfer.
      5. You will need to verify the transfer using a 2FA code. Enter the received code and click on  Verify  to confirm the transfer.

IMPORTANT:
  • A transfer to an external wallet address cannot be canceled or reversed. The user is solely responsible for transfers to fraudulent addresses and/or erroneous transfers (wrong network, memo/tag not added).

  • Not all cryptocurrencies can be sent to an external wallet.
  • When you make a transfer, Bit2Me keeps you informed of its status at all times. Check your account and email for more information.
  • If you experience any error messages when processing a transfer, contact support: open a ticket.
  • Bit2Me may restrict your transfers for various reasons. If, when attempting a transfer, you see a message about temporary blocks on withdrawals to Blockchain, please check your email in case we have contacted you or contact us directly by opening a ticket.
