In your Bit2Me Wallet, you can store all the cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies you want from those supported.
Below are the steps to receive cryptocurrencies from the operations menu:
- Click on the "Operations" button. This is a blue square button found in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you're using the mobile app, or in the top right corner if you're on the website.

- Click on the “Deposit” button.
- From the options, click on “Receive crypto”.
- Select the receiving method:
- From an external address.
- CryptoCredential. See article: How to send cryptocurrencies?
- In both cases, in the next step, select the currency you want to receive from the list.
If depositing via CryptoCredential, copy your wallet's alias and paste it into the platform from which you are sending, and you're done. If depositing via a wallet address, continue with the next step. - Depending on the cryptocurrency you select to receive, two cases may arise:
- Receiving the cryptocurrency is only available on one blockchain network. If this is the case, we can proceed directly to the next step.
- Receiving the cryptocurrency is available on different blockchain networks. If the chosen token supports reception on different blockchains, a pop-up window will open where you must choose the network through which the send will be made from the source wallet and the network you want to use for the deposit into your Bit2Me wallet.
Note: This choice is not random. It is important that the source blockchain from the platform you are sending from to Bit2Me and the destination blockchain match.
- Next, information about cryptocurrency receipts will be shown. Read it carefully, and once you understand it, click the button I understand .
- Once accepted, your wallet address for the chosen network will appear, shown in both QR and text format. This is the address you must enter into the source wallet from which you will send the funds.
Note: For some cryptocurrencies, in addition to including the blockchain address, you must include the reference (Tag / Memo / Ref) shown on the screen. If the selected cryptocurrency requires it, make sure to enter it on the source platform. (+ info) |
After sending from the source wallet to Bit2Me, you can track the status from the source platform or by entering the hash it provided into one of the many blockchain explorers. (+ info).
Once the operation is confirmed on the blockchain, your funds will appear instantly in your wallet, and we will notify you of their arrival via both email and a notification through the mobile app.
Important: Only supported cryptocurrencies will be credited to your Bit2Me wallet. If you send NFTs, unsupported cryptocurrencies, or select the wrong network, you could permanently lose your funds. |
