In the Bit2Me Wallet you can store all the cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies you want from among those supported.
Below we detail the steps to receive cryptocurrencies from the operations menu:
- Click on the "Operations" button. This is a square blue button that you will find in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you access from the mobile APP, or in the top right corner if you do it from the Web.

- Click on the “Deposit” button.
- From the options, click on “Receive crypto”.
- Select the receipt method:
- From an external address.
- CryptoCredential. See article: How to send cryptocurrencies?
- In both cases, in the next step, select the currency you want to receive from the list.
If the deposit is via CryptoCredential, copy the alias of your wallet to paste it into the platform from which you are sending, and you are done. If the deposit is via a wallet address, continue with the next step. - Depending on the selected cryptocurrency you want to receive, two cases can occur:
- The reception of the cryptocurrency is only available on one blockchain network. If this is the case, we can proceed directly to the next step.
- The reception of the cryptocurrency is available on different blockchain networks. If the chosen token accepts reception via different blockchains, a pop-up window will open where you must choose the network through which the send will be made from the source wallet and through which you want to make the deposit in your Bit2Me wallet.
Note: This choice is not random. It is important that the source blockchain from the platform you are sending from to Bit2Me and the destination blockchain match.
- Next, information about cryptocurrency receptions is shown. Read it in detail and after understanding it, click the button I have understood.
- Once accepted, the address of your wallet for the chosen network will appear and will be shown in both QR and text format. This is the address that you must enter in the source wallet from which you are going to send the funds.
Note: For some cryptocurrencies, in addition to including the blockchain address, you must include the reference (Tag / Memo / Ref) that appears on the screen. If the selected cryptocurrency requires it, make sure to enter it on the source platform. (+ info) |
After making the send from the source wallet to Bit2Me, you can follow the status from the source platform or by entering the hash that it will have provided you with into one of the many blockchain explorers. (+ info).
Once the operation is confirmed on the blockchain, your funds will appear instantly in your wallet and we will notify you of their arrival both by email and via a notification through the mobile APP.
