How to deposit cryptocurrencies on Bit2Me?

With the Bit2Me Wallet, you can store all the supported cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies you wish.

Here are the steps to receive cryptocurrencies from the operations menu: 

1. Tap the "Operations" button. This is a blue square button located in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you're using the mobile app, or in the top right corner if you're on the website.
   
   
2. Tap the “Deposit” button.
3. From the options, tap “Receive crypto”.
4. Select the receive method:
   • From an external address.
   • CryptoCredential. See article: How to send cryptocurrencies?
5. In either case, in the next step, select the currency you wish to receive from the list.
   If depositing via CryptoCredential, copy your wallet alias to paste it into the platform from which you are sending, and you're done. If depositing via a wallet address, continue with the next step.
6. Depending on the cryptocurrency you select to receive, two scenarios are possible:
   1. The cryptocurrency can only be received on a single blockchain network. If this is the case, you can proceed directly to the next step.
   2. The cryptocurrency can be received on different blockchain networks. If the chosen token supports reception via multiple blockchains, a pop-up window will appear where you must select the network through which the funds will be sent from the origin wallet and the network you wish to use for the deposit into your Bit2Me wallet.
      
      

      Note: This choice is not arbitrary. It is crucial that the origin blockchain from the platform you are sending from to Bit2Me matches the destination blockchain.

      
      
7. Information regarding cryptocurrency receipts will then be displayed. Read it carefully, and after understanding it, tap the button  I understand .
   
   
8. Once accepted, your wallet address for the selected network will appear, displayed in both QR code and text format. This is the address you must enter into the originating wallet from which you will send the funds.

After sending from the origin wallet to Bit2Me, you can track the status from the originating platform or by entering the hash it provided into one of the many blockchain explorers. (+ info).

Once the operation is confirmed on the blockchain, your funds will appear instantly in your wallet, and we will notify you of their arrival via email and a notification through the mobile app.
