Exporting your activity allows you to obtain an Excel document (.xlsx) containing a detailed record of all movements and transactions registered in your account, along with their details, for the year you select.
Below, we explain how to download this file from both the mobile app and the web version.
Export activity from the app
Follow these simple steps within the Bit2Me app:
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to open the main menu.
In the Operations block, go to Activity History.
Within the history, tap the download icon (usually a downward arrow icon) you'll see in the top right corner.
Select the year for which you want to download the Excel file and tap Download .
Export activity from the web
If you prefer to use the web platform (desktop), follow these steps:
- In the sidebar menu select the Operations option, then tap Activity History.
On the activity history screen, tap the Download your activity option.
Select the year for which you want to download the Excel file and tap Download .
Once the process is complete, the document will automatically be saved to your device's default downloads folder.
