Exporting your activity allows you to obtain an Excel document (.xlsx) containing a detailed record of all movements and transactions registered in your account, along with their details, for the year you select.
Here's how to download this file from both the mobile app and the web version.
Exporting activity from the App
Follow these simple steps within the Bit2Me application:
Tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the main menu.
In the Operations section, go to Activity History.
Within the history, tap on the download icon (usually a downward arrow icon) located in the upper right corner.
Select the year for which you want to download the Excel file and tap on Download .
Exporting activity from the Web
If you prefer to use the web platform (desktop), follow these steps:
- In the side menu, select the Operations option, then tap on Activity History.
On the activity history screen, tap on the Download your activity option.
Select the year for which you want to download the Excel file and tap on Download .
Once the process is complete, the document will be automatically saved to your device's default download folder.
