How do I unlink my account from my Google or Apple login?

In order to make easier the registration process and access to the Bit2Me account there is an option to sign up with Google or Apple. This feature speeds up the process, as your account is automatically linked to one of the emails you have registered with Google or Apple account on your device, thus copying what will be your login credentials.

If for some reason you wish to unlink your Bit2Me account from your Google or Apple account you need to follow the steps below: 

  1. Change your email address in your Bit2Me account. To do this you need to have access to your account and follow the steps shown in the following article: How to change my Bit2Me Email address?

  2. When you try to access your account with the new email, you need to set a new password. To do so, click on the link "Forgot your password?" you will see on login screen and enter your new email address.

  3. Check your new email, you will receive a link through which you can change your passsword.

Once the password has been changed, your account will be completely unlinked from Google or Apple and you will be able to access your Bit2Me account with the new credentials set.

IMPORTANT: If you do not have access to your Bit2Me account ans cannot change your email address, please contact our support department: Submit a ticket.
