How do change my postal address in Bit2Me?

It is important to keep the tax information of your Bit2Me account updated. That is why if you have changed your place of tax residence and want to register your new postal address in your Bit2Me account, you will need to update your place of residence in your profile. To do so, follow the steps indicated below:

If you are accessing from the mobile APP:

1. Access the side menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines you will find in the upper left corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Access the profile and settings menu of your account by tapping on the first option where you will see your name reflected.
   
   
3. In the first block of your account information, tap on the "Personal data" option.
   
   
4. In the box where you will see your previous tax address, tap on the pencil icon to add your new address.
   
   
5. To finish and register your new address, tap on  Confirm your new address .

If you are accessing from the WEB:

1. Click on your profile picture or icon that you will see in the upper right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. From the menu that will be displayed, click on the first option "Profile and settings".
   
   
3. In the first block of your account information, click on the "Personal data" option.
   
   
4. In the box where you will see your previous tax address, click on the pencil icon to add your new address.
   
   
5. To finish and register your new address, click on  Confirm address .
