How to change my postal address on Bit2Me?

It's important to keep your Bit2Me account's tax details up to date. Therefore, if you've moved and want to register your new postal address in your Bit2Me account, you'll need to update your place of residence in your profile. Follow the steps below:

If you're accessing from the mobile APP:

Access the side menu by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the screen.
Go to your account's profile and settings menu by tapping the first option where your name is displayed.
In the first section of your account information, tap on "Personal data".
In the field showing your previous tax address, tap the pencil icon to add your new address.
To finalize and register your new address, tap Confirm your new address .

If you're accessing from the WEB:

Tap on your profile picture or icon, which you'll see in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, tap the first option, "Profile and settings".
In the first section of your account information, tap on "Personal data".
In the field showing your previous tax address, tap the pencil icon to add your new address.
To finalize and register your new address, tap Confirm address .

Important: If the change of address also involves a change of country of residence, you will need to provide proof of this (e.g., proof of residency, utility bills, rental agreements) by submitting a ticket.
