To change your PIN code, you must find an ATM that offers this function. Please note that not all ATMs allow you to generate or change a PIN code.
Once you have located a suitable ATM, follow these steps:
Insert your card and your current PIN.
Look for an option in the ATM's menus such as "Change PIN", "Key management", or "Other operations". The location of this option may vary depending on the ATM's banking institution.
Enter the new PIN code you wish to set and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm it.
If you cannot find the option, it is likely that the specific ATM does not allow PIN changes. We recommend locating an ATM from a different banking institution and trying again.
Important: It is NOT possible to withdraw cash from an ATM with the virtual Bit2Me Card. Bit2Me is not responsible for the fees charged by the banking institution for the withdrawal operation. If a withdrawal is cancelled at the last moment, the institution may still apply the withdrawal fee without a refund. |
