How do I deposit funds in my Bit2Me PRO account?

To trade on Bit2Me PRO, you first need to deposit funds into your PRO accounts. This process involves transferring balance from your Bit2Me Wallets to your Bit2Me PRO Wallets, a completely free transfer.

If you don't have funds in your Bit2Me Wallets yet, don't worry. You can deposit them by following the steps detailed in our article: Deposit to Bit2Me Wallet.

If you already have funds in your wallet to transfer to Bit2Me Pro, follow these steps:

If you access from the APP.

1. Once inside your account from the mobile APP, access the Bit2Me Pro (Advanced Trading) section, which you will see in the dropdown menu by pressing the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner.
2. At the top of the screen, press "Balance" to access the wallets for the currencies available in Pro.
3. Find the currency to which you want to add the balance and press Add to Pro.
4. Complete the form that will appear on the screen, indicating the amount you wish to add (press Max. if you wish to add all the available balance in Wallet) and press the  Add to Pro  button.
5.  When you press the button, the balance will be added automatically and will be available for you to trade.

If you access from WEB.

1. Access your account via the web and press PRO in the left side menu.
2. Press the  Manage balance  button or the text  "View all" which you will see in the "My balance" box in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Find the currency to which you want to add the balance and press Add to Pro.
4. Complete the form that will appear on the screen, indicating the amount you wish to add (press Max. if you wish to add all the available balance in Wallet) and press the  Add to Pro . button.
5. When you press the button, the balance will be added automatically and will be available for you to trade.
