What can I do if I get an ERROR message when I try to buy with my card?

If you have tried to make a purchase or deposit with a card and you've got an error message, the first thing to do is to check the following points:

  • Make sure you have enough funds in your card.

  • Make sure you have not exceeded your bank card limits. 

If it is not due to any of the above reasons it may be due to restrictions or settings set by your bank or card provider.
