This type of failure message in the card purchase process has to do with restrictions or configurations established by your card provider or also with our payment processor.
You can talk to your bank or card issuer and explain the type of payment you were making so that they can provide you with a solution, in case everything is correct on the part of your bank, the payment made from your card is rejected by our processor for reasons that are not disclosed to us.
We know that a small % of card purchase transactions are rejected by our processor because, for whatever reason, it does not process some cards issued in certain countries.
This is random and we cannot be sure exactly what standard they follow. This is an issue beyond our control and related to traditional payment systems but we are working to improve this aspect.
