Exporting your activity allows you to obtain an Excel document (.xlsx) that contains a detailed record of all movements and transactions registered in your account, along with their details, for the year you select.
Below, we explain how to download this file from both the mobile application and the web version.
Export activity from the App
Follow these simple steps within the Bit2Me application:
Press the three horizontal lines located in the top left corner to open the main menu.
In the Operations block, access Activity History.
Within the history, press the download icon (usually a downward arrow icon) that you will see in the top right corner.
Select the year for which you want to download the Excel file and press Download .
Export activity from the Web
If you prefer to use the web platform (desktop):
On the main Wallet screen, press Activity History, which is located in the first block of the left column of the screen.
On the activity history screen, press the Download your activity option that you will see in the block in the left column.
Select the year for which you want to download the Excel file and press Download .
Once the process is complete, the document will be automatically saved to your device's default downloads folder.
