How do I add Bit2Me Card to Google Wallet?

Modified on Mon, 4 Aug at 9:21 AM

Adding your Bit2Me Card to Google Wallet is a very convenient and secure way to make your daily purchases. By linking your card, you can pay directly with your mobile or smartwatch at millions of locations worldwide, without needing to carry your physical wallet.

Please, find below the two available methods to do it:

From the Bit2Me app

This is the quickest and most direct method. You just have to follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Bit2Me account through the app, go to the 'Card' section.

  2. Look for and tap on the  Add to Google Wallet  button.

  3. You will receive a 6-digit code via SMS to the phone number associated with your Bit2Me Card. Enter it to verify your identity.

  4. On the next screen, you will be asked to confirm your full name and the number of the Bit2Me Card. Accept the service's terms and conditions to continue.

  5. Once the operation is confirmed, your card will be added successfully and you will receive an on-screen confirmation.

From the Google Wallet app

You can also start the process directly from the Google app itself.

  1. Open the Google Wallet app on your device.

  2. At the bottom, tap on 'Add to Wallet' and select the 'Payment card' option.

  3. Tap on 'New credit or debit card'.

  4. You now have two options:

    • Scan the card: Use your mobile's camera to capture the details of your physical Bit2Me Card.

    • Enter details manually: Type in your card details yourself (ideal for the virtual card).

  5. Once the details are entered, tap on 'Save and continue'.

  6. Read the issuer's terms and conditions and tap on 'Accept'.

  7. Google may ask for additional verification to confirm it's you. Choose one of the options on the screen (like receiving a code via SMS) and follow the steps.

  8. When finished, you will see a message confirming that your card has been added and is ready for contactless payments.

Important: In case of loss or theft of your device, contact our Support team immediately so we can block your Bit2Me Card and prevent any unauthorized use.
