How can I check my email address I have signed up with in Bit2Me?

To find out the email with which your account is registered at Bit2Me, follow these steps:

From the mobile APP

Tap on the three horizontal lines to access the side menu and tap on the first option where you will see your name reflected to open the Profile and settings menu.
In the first block about your Account Information, you will see the email with which you registered.

From the Web

Click on your profile picture or icon that you will find in the upper right corner of the screen and access the Profile and settings section.
In the first block about your Account Information, you will see the email with which you registered.

Important: If you have lost access to your account and do not remember the email registered with it, contact us by opening a ticket or send an email to soporte@bit2me.com explaining your query in detail so we can help you.
