How to change your Bit2Me email?

To change the email address registered and linked to your Bit2Me account, follow these steps:

From the mobile app

Tap the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner to access the dropdown menu, then select Profile and settings, which you'll find as the first option.
In the first module, Account information, within the Profile and settings menu, tap the pencil icon next to the email section.
In the next window, enter the new email you wish to register, your Bit2Me login password for security, and tap the button Send verification email .
Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
Access your new email account and, in the verification email you receive, confirm the email change so that it is correctly linked to your account.

From the web

From your Bit2Me account on the web, click your profile picture or icon in the top right corner to access the Profile and settings menu.
In the first module, Account information, within the Profile and settings menu, click the pencil icon next to the email section.
In the next window, enter the new email you wish to register, your Bit2Me login password for security, and click the button Send verification email .
Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
Access your new email account and, in the verification email you receive, confirm the email change so that it is correctly linked to your account.

Important: If you need to access your account but no longer have access to your registered email address, don't worry, we'll help you recover it. Open a ticket with the subject: I need to change my registered Bit2Me email or contact us via email at soporte@bit2me.com, providing your full name and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.
