Countries admitted for operating on Bit2Me

Due to internal policies and varying regulations in each territory, access to Bit2Me's services and products may be restricted in some countries. For your convenience, we maintain an always-updated list.

If your country is not on the list, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer our services at this time. We continually evaluate our regulatory situation and policies to be able to expand our services to more regions in the future.

Do I need to register to use Bit2Me services?

It depends on which service you want to use, as Bit2Me offers over 20 services. Many services can be used without a user account, such as Bit2Me Academy, Bit2Me Converter, etc...

If your goal is to buy, sell, store, send, receive, or exchange cryptocurrencies, trade, use Bit2Me Card, perform staking, or use any other product from our suite, you will need a registered and verified account.

What types of documents are accepted for registration on Bit2Me?

At Bit2Me, we accept identity documents from over 100 countries worldwide. To verify your account, the accepted identity document will depend on your country of residence and must contain a photo of the holder, be valid at the time of registration, and be in good condition. How long does the registration validation process take?

The new user validation process is automatic and takes just a few minutes; however, some verifications require manual review depending on the user profile and can take up to 48 business hours.

Due to the identity verification procedures mandated by existing regulations, this validation time is an estimate and may be subject to delays depending on the demand from new users at any given time.

Due to existing regulations and compliance requirements, validation process times currently cannot be faster than those specified at present.

How can you check your account validation status?

To comply with legal requirements, Bit2Me may request further information from its customers. For this reason, you might see a PENDING VERIFICATION message in the IDENTITY section. You will need to open the form and follow the instructions to complete the verification.
