How to see my registered email address on Bit2Me?

To find out the email address your Bit2Me account is registered with, follow these steps:

From the mobile app

Tap the three horizontal lines to access the side menu, then tap the first option where you'll see your name to open the Profile and settings menu.
Enter the verification code from your 2FA application or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
In the first block under Account Information, you will see the email address you registered with.

From the web

Click on your profile picture or icon in the top right corner of the screen and go to the Profile and settings section.
Enter the verification code from your 2FA application or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
In the first block under Account Information, you will see the email address you registered with.

Important: If you have lost access to your account and don't remember the registered email address, please contact us by opening a ticket or sending an email to soporte@bit2me.com explaining your query in detail so we can help you.
